Terms of service

The deal, in plain English

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Using Never Not Found — the site and Eve, the stylist — means you agree to these terms. They exist to be clear, not to catch you out.

What Never Not Found is (and isn't)

Never Not Found is a discovery service: we help you find pieces listed for sale on marketplaces like eBay, Vinted, Depop, Vestiaire Collective and Etsy, and Eve gives styling advice along the way.

We are not the seller. When you buy, you buy on the marketplace, from its seller, under that marketplace's terms. Payment, delivery, returns, refunds and disputes all sit between you, the seller and the marketplace — we're not a party to the sale and can't intervene in it. Your statutory consumer rights against the seller are unaffected by anything here.

Listings, prices and availability

Listings shown here belong to the marketplaces and sellers that published them — including titles, photos and prices. We check availability on a schedule and work hard to only show pieces that are still buyable, but a listing can sell or change price between our last check and your click. The marketplace's live page is always the truth; what we show is a snapshot. We may remove or decline to show any listing.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links — currently eBay listings, via the eBay Partner Network — are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking, we may earn a commission. This never changes your price, and Eve's recommendations are ranked on fit for you, not on commission. Affiliate sources are disclosed in our privacy policy and near listings.

Eve is an AI stylist

Eve is powered by AI. She's good, but styling advice is subjective and AI can make mistakes — sizes, brand identifications from photos, and fit judgements are informed opinions, not guarantees. Check the marketplace listing (measurements, condition, photos) before you buy. Eve gives styling advice only; nothing she says is financial, legal or professional advice of any kind.

Your account

You can browse without an account and chat as a guest. An account keeps your style profile, closet, shortlists and hunts. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your login. You must give us a real email address you control. How we handle your data is covered by the privacy policy.

Age

You must be at least 18 to use Never Not Found.

Free and premium tiers

The free service has fair-use limits (daily chat allowances and a capped number of deep searches) because every hunt costs us real money to run. Some features — like the photo style consultation and standing hunts that keep watching for a piece — are part of a premium tier. Premium pricing, billing and cancellation terms are presented when you upgrade and form part of these terms once you do. We can change free-tier limits to keep the service sustainable.

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, deceive or harm anyone;
  • try to manipulate Eve into ignoring her rules, or use the chat for purposes other than styling and shopping (there are protections; please don't test them);
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the catalogue, probe our systems, or hammer the service with automated requests;
  • circumvent rate limits or access controls, share one account across many people, or resell access;
  • upload images you don't have the right to share, or that are unlawful.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove content that does.

Our content

The Never Not Found name, design, and everything we've written or built here is ours — don't copy it for a competing service. Marketplace listings remain their owners'; your photos and content remain yours, and you give us permission to process them to provide the service (see the privacy policy).

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for purchases you make on marketplaces, listing inaccuracies, styling outcomes, or interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law — including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence — and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending things

You can stop using the service any time, and ask us to delete your data via privacy@nevernotfound.com. We can suspend or withdraw the service (or your access, if you break these terms), and we'll be reasonable about it.

Changes, law and contact

We'll update these terms as the service evolves and change the date at the top; significant changes affecting account holders will be flagged in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there).
